Martin Kampmann Vs. Rory Markham Added to UFC 108 in January

Two welterweights not afraid to exchange big punches have agreed to a bout at UFC 108 in January.

Martin Kampmann (15-3 MMA, 6-2 UFC) will return to action for the first time since being TKO’d at UFC 103 by Paul Daley back in September.

His opponent will be IFL veteran Rory Markham (16-5 MMA, 1-1 UFC) who has been out of action since a loss to Dan Hardy at February’s UFC 105 event.

News of the bout was reported by MMAJunkie.com.

The MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas will play host to the as-yet unannounced event on January 2, 2010. The potential main event would see middleweight champion Anderson Silva defend his title against Vitor Belfort. View the updated card on our eevents page.
